feat: query imported record formats with exact numeric filters (#175)

DataTug exports can store records in JSONL or typed CSV, but the CLI's older local adapter could not query those collections. Adopt the released native core and local adapter so imported records work with collection and point queries across JSON, JSONL, INGR, CSV, and YAML.

Keep integer and decimal filters exact instead of rounding through float64, reject binary/string false matches and ordered binary comparisons, and propagate record-reader errors instead of returning partial success.

Validation: full Go tests, build, vet, and lint with GOWORK=off and published dependencies; five-format Chinook collection and point-query journeys; regressions for int64 boundaries, high-precision decimals, binary comparisons, and reader failures. Independent review binds the final commit before landing.

  Exercise mixed numeric types, binary/text separation, null equality, ordering, and malformed numeric input while simplifying redundant integer branches. The exact CI coverage gate now reaches 100%.
