feat(cli): support imported source schema metadata (#173)

The current CLI rejects the source-schema metadata in DataTug-generated inGitDB datasets. Adopt the published native inGitDB v0.8.0 module so those exports can be validated and queried with normal CLI commands.

Validation: `GOWORK=off go build ./...`, `go test ./...`, and `golangci-lint run` (zero issues). A built CLI validated all 255 Pubs rows and queried its keyless discounts collection. The dependency is a released tag; no local replacements.
