docs: turn off the codex shared daemon for plain launches

`codex --no-daemon` is a per-launch workaround: with `daemon_auto_start`
enabled, a plain `codex` can start the shared daemon. For Codex 0.160.1,
troubleshooting now gives the one-time setting,
`codex features disable daemon_auto_start`, together with
`codex app-server daemon stop`, because the setting alone still joins a
daemon that is already running. Stopping it disconnects attached CLI
sessions. A daemon-backed conversation can remain locked after its TUI
exits; stopping the daemon lets `codex --no-daemon resume` retry.
