Refresh Vue and Nuxt usage guides (#1456)

* update Vue and Nuxt usage guides

* docs: align Nuxt defaults with nuxt-purgecss v2, fix tabs and update French guides

- use the actual nuxt-purgecss v2 defaults and describe defu merging
- use the code-tabs syntax so the install tabs render
- keep the style-block extractor in the Vue 3 + Vite example
- mirror the Vue and Nuxt guide updates in the French docs
