fix(mp4): end GetContainingChunks at chunk 0xFFFFFFFF instead of wrapping

The chunk loop ran while chunkNr <= endChunkNr. When the interval ended in chunk 0xFFFFFFFF, chunkNr++ wrapped to 0, so the condition stayed true and the loop appended chunks until memory ran out. A single {1,1} stsc entry and samples 0xFFFFFFFF-0xFFFFFFFF were enough, and a constant-size stsz can declare that many samples in a few bytes. The loop now returns after appending endChunkNr.

The comment on advancing entries now says at or before the next chunk, matching the >= condition, and the CHANGELOG entry drops the wrapped-sample-number detail.
