feat(MultiSelect): add external search (#1574)

* feat(MultiSelect): add external search

search accepts 'external' (alone or with 'global', as an array or a comma
separated string, the same shape as Autocomplete). In that mode the component
stops filtering the list itself, and the search event now carries the typed
text as event.value, so the page can fetch matching options and pass them in
with update({ options }).

update() rebuilds the whole component, which would close the menu, drop the
typed text and reset the selection on every keystroke. When search is external
and only options change, update() now replaces just the native options and the
list: the menu stays open with the focus in the search box, and options
selected earlier stay selected even when the new results do not contain them,
keeping their tags and their place in the form data. No change event fires,
because the selection does not change.

deselectAll() now defaults to the current selection instead of the options
list, so the cleaner, single selection and update({ value }) also clear
options selected from earlier results. With the regular search the end state
is the same, and the change event fires once per selected option instead of
once per option. The select all state counts the loaded results, so a
selection kept from earlier results no longer marks a fresh list as fully
selected.

* fix(MultiSelect): keep focus, preselection and limits in external search updates

An options-only update in external search mode removed the focused option and
left the focus on body with the menu open; it now returns to the same option,
or to the search input when the option is gone. Options flagged as selected in
the new results (or matching value) are selected, and the no results status
node is kept between empty results instead of being recreated.

The select all button acts on the loaded results in both directions, and the
selection kept from earlier results counts toward selectionLimit, so the... (continued)
