* docs(functions): add the Functions.docc catalog

Five articles next to the symbol docs: a landing page with Topics for the
client, requests, responses and errors; InvokingFunctions (JSON, GET with a
query, text/data/file bodies, Content-Type precedence, per-call region and
timeout, reading the head); StreamingResponses (raw chunks, framing
server-sent events by hand, writing to disk, cancellation, the Linux note);
Errors (the kind table, sb-error-code and isPlatformError, the 1 MiB cap,
CancellationError, no retries); Standalone (Configuration, accessToken, the
"no Authorization in headers" rule, transport and middleware order).

SDK-2149 (an SSE framing helper) was canceled, so the streaming article
shows the framing loop instead of a helper.

* test(functions): integration suite against the local edge runtime; streaming and upload example screens

Tests/IntegrationTests/supabase/functions gains `echo` (method, path, query,
a header subset and the base64 body) and `stream` (`count` events, `delay` ms
apart). FunctionsIntegrationTests covers every FunctionBody factory, GET
with a query, a sub-path with a region, the raw response head, a 404 slug
(`.server`; the local runtime sets no sb-error-code on it), a missing
Authorization (`.server`, code UNAUTHORIZED_NO_AUTH_HEADER, isPlatformError),
an sb_publishable_ key passing verify_jwt with no bearer, three framed
events from `stream`, and cancelling mid-stream throwing CancellationError
promptly (the timing check is Apple-only: Linux buffers the body, SDK-1839).

The functions directory is excluded from the test target's resources:
`.process` flattens the tree and the two index.ts files collided.
DotEnv.supabaseURL reads SUPABASE_URL so the suite can run against a stack
on other ports.
