Move test_batch and test_session from using get_mocked_* (#3427)

### Summary

Moves `test_batch.py` and `test_session.py` away from using
`get_mocked_backend`, replacing them with fake backends (`FakeManilaV2`)
for local tests and `@mock_responses` for service-interaction tests.

### Details and comments

As discussed in #3368 with @diego-plan9, this PR starts the migration
away from `get_mocked_*` helper functions beginning with `test_batch.py`
and `test_session.py`:

- **`test/unit/test_batch.py`**:
  - Replaced all occurrences of `get_mocked_backend`.
  - Uses `FakeManilaV2()` for local tests (`test_run_after_close`).
- Uses `@mock_responses` with `service.backend("common_backend")` for
service-interaction tests (`test_passing_ibm_backend`,
`test_using_ibm_backend_service`, `test_context_manager`).
  - Removed `get_mocked_backend` import.

- **`test/unit/test_session.py`**:
  - Replaced all occurrences of `get_mocked_backend`.
- Uses `FakeManilaV2()` for local tests (`test_max_time`,
`test_run_after_close`) and removes unused mock setup.
- Uses `@mock_responses` for `test_passing_ibm_backend`, `test_run`,
`test_context_manager`, and `test_backend_instance_warnings`.
- Directly executes `session._run` and asserts on job attributes
(`job.backend().name`, `job.session_id`).
- Removed `get_mocked_backend`, `MagicMock`, and unused `IBMBackend`
imports.

- **`test/registries/base.py`**:
- Added support for `DELETE /sessions/{id}/close` callback to properly
handle session closing (no-op) in mock registries.
- Adjusted HTTP 204 responses to return empty bodies (`""`) per HTTP
standards.
