fix(admin): the administration speaks the language the rest of it does

EasyAdmin's default translation domain is `messages` and this bundle's
catalogue is `BugCatcher`, so nothing this bundle writes into the
administration was ever translated - the menu, every field of every CRUD,
every help text. EasyAdmin's own interface around them is in the
EasyAdminBundle domain and was translated all along, which is what made
the English labels read as an oversight on the newest fields rather than
on all of them.

One line fixes the reachability: setTranslationDomain('BugCatcher') on
the dashboard. A label with no entry falls back to its own key, which is
the English it already showed, so this cannot make anything worse.

Then the catalogue. The source strings are read off the rendered forms
rather than worked out from the property names, because EasyAdmin's
humanising is not guessable: `dbConnection` is `Db Connection`,
`url` is `URL`, `minimalImportance` is `Minimal Importance`. Three labels
are deliberately left out - URL, Regex and Favicon are the same word in
both languages, and an entry for those is not a translation, it is a
chance to misspell something that was already right.

AdminTranslationTest is the sibling of PerfTranslationTest and exists for
the same reason: a key that matches nothing renders perfectly, in
English, for ever. It pins every source string, the three deliberate
omissions, and the domain itself - without which the catalogue is never
consulted at all.

Slovak only. BugCatcher.fr.xlf is still the commented-out stub it has
always been.
