Do not crash on zero-width text before a break in wrap modes (#1404)

A text segment made only of zero-width characters has no screen columns,
and LayoutSegment rejects it with ValueError: (0, 0, 1).

- "space" wrap: the break at an earlier space emitted such a segment.
- Lines holding tabs: the cut in _wrap_tabbed_line emitted one too.
- Both now emit only the removed-character hint, as for an empty line.
