Do not crash on a zero-width line with clip or ellipsis wrap (#1403)

A line made only of zero-width characters (a zero width space, a lone
combining mark, a control character) measures 0 screen columns.
_calculate_trimmed_segments still emitted a (0, start, end) segment for
it, and LayoutSegment rejects a text segment of 0 columns, so Text and
Edit with wrap="clip" or wrap="ellipsis" raised ValueError on render.

Skip the segment when it has no columns, as the "space"/"any" path and
_place_tabbed_line already do.
