fix(solid): an abandoned server Loading pass yields its fragment to the re-created boundary (#3750) (#3808)

An <Errored> retry re-renders its children, disposing the pass that created
a pending <Loading> and re-creating it under the same id. The abandoned
instance's retry loop kept running against its disposed owner and burned
the 10001-pass budget ("did not converge"), even though the re-created
boundary rendered fine.

The boundary now records which registration owns its fragment id (keyed by
the render's registerFragment, shared by every context clone). Disposal of
the creating pass (armed on the creation owner) stops the retry loop: a
superseded instance leaves the shared fragment entry and the reveal slot to
its successor, and an instance with no successor releases the entry so the
response still ends.
