test: num2words2 -> words2num2 round-trip ratchet that CI actually runs (#19)

The Python round-trip in tests/test_multilang.py was skipped in CI:
num2words2 was never installed, so importorskip skipped the whole file.

- rust/words2num2-core/tests/roundtrip.rs: renders with the embedded
  num2words2-core, parses through words2num, every advertised language,
  values up to 1234567. Strict ratchets for raises and for wrong values;
  exhaustive 0..=10000 never-a-different-number sweep (opt-in, run in CI).
- ci.yml: install num2words2; new rust job runs the core tests.
- test_multilang.py: the script-gap list covers all five languages moved
  to their own script upstream (ti ky or ckb kok), not just ti.
