fix(conventional-changelog-writer): don't crash on a commit type named after an Object.prototype member (#1559)

Commit groups were collected into a plain object, so a `__proto__` or `constructor` type
found an inherited value instead of a group and the writer threw. The accumulator has no
prototype now.

Fixes #1544
