feat(overlay): let an HTML page close its own overlay with window.close() (#704)

a page opened with `--js` now closes its overlay when it calls `window.close()` and WebKit accepts the call, and `session overlay result --page` reports `dismissed`. Before this the call did nothing, and a URL page, which has no bridge, could not end itself at all: a review UI remained open after calling `window.close()`.

the close runs one task later because releasing the page clears the delegate WebKit is calling through. A page that asks to close while its session sits in an undoable close keeps the request, and closes at its next mount if the close is undone.

**Behavior change:** a `--js` page, a URL page included, can dismiss its overlay without a prompt. A same-origin subframe calling `top.close()` closes it too. WebKit may refuse the call, as it does after `history.pushState`; the overlay then remains open and can still be closed from the panel, keyboard or CLI.
