Restart a pane's current program without naming the line (#701)

* feat(control): restart a pane's current program without naming the line

`agtermctl session restart (--pane-id ID | --pane left|right)` with no `--command` runs the pane's foreground program again: the argv `tree` reports as `foreground` or `splitForeground`, in the pane's current directory. Restarting the same program used to take a `tree` read and shell-quoting by the caller.

the replay is the program as it runs now, so environment assignments, redirections and the other parts of a pipeline are not reconstructed. It is refused with nothing changed when a shell holds the pane, when the program cannot be read (`sudo`, `top`), when it is listed in `restore-denylist.conf`, or when its rendered line is over 4096 bytes. These checks run before the old shell is ended. The reply carries the requested argv as `restart.replayedArgv`.

**Behavior change:** `session.restart` without `command` used to answer `session.restart requires a command`. It now replays. An empty `--command` stays an error, so an unset shell variable cannot turn into a replay. `ControlSessionRestartOptions.command` is optional and `ControlRestartReceipt` has a new optional `replayedArgv`; both initializers accept the old call shape.

CLAUDE.md gains a note on stopping an isolated Live-mode Debug instance before rebuilding the same DerivedData.

* fix(control): preserve replay cwd and refuse daemon-leader shells

a restart without `--command` started the replayed program in the directory agterm last recorded for the pane. That record comes from the shell's report at a prompt, so it is stale for a program started by a line such as `cd proj && ./run.sh`, which runs before any prompt. The old program was ended and the same argv ran somewhere else, with an `ok` reply. The replay now reads the working directory of the process whose argv it replays, and is refused with nothing changed when that directory is unavailable.
