fix(storage): check a relationship end node's record key, not the ID dictionary (#911)

A deleted node keeps its ID dictionary entry until MVCC pruning removes
it, so the dictionary check reported a just-deleted node as visible while
GetNode returned not found. The engine now answers from its node cache or
whether the node's record key exists, without reading the record, and
declines when the engine is closed or the lookup fails. The check also
moves out from between GetNodeProjected's comment and its function.
