fix(conventional-commits-parser): match reference actions as whole words (#1557)

A reference action matched inside a word, so `prefix` gave a reference the `fix` action,
and a word starting with a keyword, like `fixups`, ended the sentence of the previous
action without starting a new one, so the references after it were lost. Keywords now
match as whole words only.

References that got an action by mistake have none now, and the dropped ones come back,
which the cli test now expects.
