perf(storage): a transaction's label scan reads the rest in one pass too (#911)

The pinned-snapshot label scan an explicit transaction uses fetched every
node record with its own lookup as well. It now uses the same two phases as
the engine scan: the first 1,024 nodes by lookup, the rest of a label on at
least half the nodes read in one pass and visited in label-index order. Both
scans share readNodeRecordsInOnePass; missing records are skipped and an
unreadable record still fails the transaction's scan.
