Clean disable_searchable_types in order to install design.plone.policy on Plone 6.1 and 6.2 (#88)

* In plone 6.2 I can't see Discussion Item so we can add a check to verify if the type exist in FTI before remove it from searchable types

* Add changelog entry

* Fix skipped types in disable_searchable_types and adapt test to Plone 6.1+

Removing items from remove_types while iterating over it skipped the
element right after each removed one. Filter the list with a
comprehension instead.

On Plone 6.1+ "Discussion Item" does not exist and Plone no longer
excludes "Plone Site" and "TempFolder" by default, so the test now
checks only the installed types that the policy excludes.
