chore(deps): update @astrojs/starlight to ^0.42.0 and starlight-llms-txt to ^0.12.0 (#1554)

Starlight 0.42 needs astro 7.2.10 and @astrojs/markdown-remark 7.3.0 at least: the
@astrojs/mdx 8 it brings refuses to render `.mdx` files with an older markdown-remark, so
the website raises both ranges too.

Checked with `astro check` and a build of the website, 29 pages as before, and with the
dev server, including the mobile menu on a narrow viewport.
