docs(postgrest): correct the legacy bulk-insert columns doc comment (#1424)

Same wrong claim as SDK-1714's primary site, found while grepping for other
occurrences: without `columns`, PostgREST does not derive the column list
from the first row and drop the rest. It requires every row to carry an
identical key set and rejects the whole request with PGRST102 (400). This
site predates the SDK-1568 stack and lives in Legacy/, so it ships on its
own branch from main instead of stacking.
