fix(auth): set authStateChanges onTermination before returning the stream (#1428)

Registration happened inside an unstructured Task, so a consumer that
cancelled the stream before that task's body ran would leave
`onTermination` unset at the moment the stream actually terminated.
The late-assigned handler then never fires, leaking the
`onAuthStateChange` registration. Attach the listener and wire up
`onTermination` synchronously; only the initial-session emission
still needs the Task.
