tests: ipmidev: fix flaky address check on PyPy

The fake driver stored the request address with from_address(), which
only creates a view on the memory of the address structure owned by the
interface. This memory is freed after the request was sent, but the
tests check the address afterwards. On PyPy the memory is reused early,
so test_ipmb_target randomly failed with (channel, slave_addr) == (0, 0).

Copy the address structure instead.
