test: cover top-K replacement and edge min/max in a fixed order

The sparse BM25 top-K and topKMinScore share one helper that offers a
candidate to the heap; it is tested with a fixed low-then-high sequence
instead of relying on map iteration. The edge-aggregation test alternates
rating order across products, since relationships are read in ID order.
