fix: Lint templ files outside the app package

datapages lint and datapages gen check only the .templ files of the
app package. A template package the app imports goes unchecked:

    // app/template/menu.templ, rendered by PageSettings
    templ Menu() {
        <a href="/login">Login</a>
        <button data-on:click={ action.PageProfile.Save.POST() }>
            Save
        </button>
    }

Neither the hardcoded href nor the action of PageProfile is reported.

Check the .templ files of every package of the module the app package
imports, and follow template calls across them to find the pages that
render a template.
