fix: Log net/http errors to the configured logger

What net/http logs, such as a panic in a handler or
a failed TLS handshake, bypasses the logger set with WithLogger:

    datapages.WithLogger(slog.New(slog.NewTextHandler(os.Stdout, nil)))
    // A handler panics. stdout gets nothing. stderr gets
    // {"level":"INFO","msg":"http: panic serving ...: boom\n..."}

The metrics server of WithPrometheus prints it through the log
package instead.

Send both to the configured logger at error level.
