fix: Report bad natskv tokens as not found

natskv.SessionManager.Session returns a plain decrypt error for
a token that does not decrypt, such as a forged one or a cookie under
a key dropped from PreviousEncryptionKeys:

    _, err := sm.Session(ctx, "forged") // sm is a natskv.SessionManager
    fmt.Println(errors.Is(err, sessions.ErrSessionNotFound)) // false

inmem returns ErrSessionNotFound for any token that names no session,
which makes the same check true there.

Wrap the decrypt error in ErrSessionNotFound.
