fix(cypher): retire traversal projection fallback

Route declined traversal projections through the shared typed failure boundary. Preserve null entities, arithmetic errors and transactional rollback with direct, compiled and public regressions.

Include the staged projected-entity byte-map design plan and architecture link unchanged. Record current-main repository, both-parser reference/TCK/race, vet and coverage evidence.
