orders: review fixes for fluent builder (#901) (#938)

- Rename orders::Bound -> ClientBound (clashed with std::ops::Bound).
- bracket() is ClientBound-only; BracketOrderBuilder / AttachedOrdersBuilder
  keep their <'a, C> shape (not breaking vs 4.x).
- build() reads stop_price only for STP / STP LMT / STP PRT: a stale stop
  no longer takes aux_price on trail, MIT, LIT, REL or PEG orders. STP PRT
  requires a stop price.
- Docs: delta entered as absolute value; pegged-to-market wording;
  TrailBy import in order-types.md; must_use names submit_all; migration
  §22 and CHANGELOG accuracy.
- Tests: PEG STK starting_price, stop-then-trail (amount/percent),
  stop-then-MIT, STP PRT stop requirement.
