perf(cypher): seek the label indexes for an equality under a label disjunction (#858)

MATCH (n) WHERE n.id = $id AND (n:A OR n:B) scanned every node: a
pattern without labels takes its index candidates only from a label that
covers every node (labellessPropertyIndexUsable), and never inside a
transaction. Neo4j plans it as one NodeIndexSeek per label under a
Union and Distinct. Graphify's incremental-sync stale-node delete,
UNWIND $ids AS id MATCH (n) WHERE n.id = id AND (n:A OR n:B …) DETACH
DELETE n, took 0.2 s per id on 40,000 nodes.

The compound equality and IN seeds now read a top-level conjunct that is
a label disjunction on the pattern variable (whereLabelDisjunction: v:A,
v:A OR v:B …, v:A|B). When every label in it has an index on the
property, the seek unions those indexes' entries and keeps the nodes that
still carry one of the labels (seekCandidateLabels,
seekCandidateHasLabels); otherwise the existing label-less route decides.
The callers re-apply the whole WHERE, so the seek can only over-fetch.
