test: turn off import/no-unresolved for the ES module bundle in the config (#1553)

The inline directive from #1552 made lint depend on the build state: with
js/dist/*.mjs absent the rule was silenced, with them built the directive
went unused and --report-unused-disable-directives failed it, so a pre-push
lint after any build was red. The rule is now off for that one file in
eslint.config.mjs, which lint does not report as unused. Linted both with
and without the built modules.
