* fix: rebuild the selection pages on every visit, so they are not blank on return

Type, Day, Group and Position selection were singleton pages pushed as
Shell routes. Since .NET 9, Shell disconnects a popped page's handlers, so
a singleton pushed a second time came back with its body gone: the title
bar drew and the page was blank. On the tablet, Select a Day showed its
days on the first visit and nothing after returning to the main page.

The pages are transient now. Their view-models stay singletons, so what
each page shows and how its list reloads are unchanged.

* fix: keep the selection pages as singletons, opted out of Shell's disconnect

Rebuilding the pages on every visit fixed the blank page but made each
visit visibly slower on the tablet. Instead the four pages are singletons
again and set HandlerProperties.DisconnectPolicy="Manual", so Shell no
longer disconnects their handlers when they are popped and the same
instance comes back whole.
