cleanup: drop unused move-assign, liveness slices, and a copied test (#412)

TypeSpecifier is move-constructible and not assignable. Nothing
assigned it. The move constructor and destructor stay.

computeLabelLiveIns and computeLiveAfterCalls only returned fields
of computeProcedureLiveness. Tests now read those fields. The const
AnnotationStore::label overload is unused; the non-const overload stays.

Drop Compiler.voidArrayParameterIsSemanticError. The recovery pin
voidArrayParameterReportsSemanticErrorWithoutAbort keeps the same
program and diagnostic.
