Cover utils.py, forms.py and text.py with tests (#906)

`handle_var`, `parse_token_contents`, `remove_css_class` and `render_link_tag`
had no tests, nor did the `render_button` size and attribute branches, the
standalone `render_form_errors` and `render_formset_errors`, the horizontal
defaults in `render_field_and_label`, or `text_concat`.

`text_concat` is unused inside the package (bootstrap3 uses it for button
icons, which bootstrap4 dropped), but it is importable public API, so it is
tested rather than removed. This matches django-bootstrap5.

Coverage goes from 90% to 95%: `utils.py`, `forms.py` and `text.py` are now
at 100%.
