refactor(cypher): retire duplicate traversal aggregate helpers

Move retained aggregate form, numeric, null and deviation contracts to the shared parser and collector. Preserve localized identity and live scanner helpers.

Validated repository correctness, both-parser races and vet, 3788 pinned Neo4j comparisons, and 7794 official outcomes per parser. Incoming UI commit integrated and revalidated.
