test(skeleton): prove `create-project` still runs this bundle

tests/App/ is a kernel written to exercise the bundle, which makes it no evidence
that an installation works: it brings its own bundles.php, its own firewalls and its
own api_platform.mapping.paths. Everything the bundle needs an *application* to
configure is therefore invisible to phpunit, and 2.0.0 shipped four such bugs - a
final entity no proxy can subclass, a login form holding a stateless CSRF
placeholder nothing fills in, a route nobody imported, and sixteen icons nobody
committed. None of them are in the bundle's code; all of them are a broken
`composer create-project`, which is how every installation starts.

tests/skeleton/e2e.sh builds the committed skeleton into a temp dir, runs it in
prod, and asserts the whole way through: the migration diffs and applies,
doctrine:schema:validate is clean, the ingest routes exist, both record types POST,
perf buckets upsert, login / dashboard / detail / resolve / performance / admin /
api-docs render, MCP initialises and answers tools/list and tools/call, every cron
command runs, and the server logged no fatal. Prod on purpose: dev hides a missing
icon behind an on-demand iconify download and never builds the container the way a
deployment does.

It runs twice. Against this working copy, through a composer path repository whose
`options.versions` names a number inside the released range, so the skeleton's
`^2.0` is satisfied without a tag - that leg answers "does the skeleton still fit
this branch". And against the skeleton's committed lock untouched, which answers
the other half: a fix here that the skeleton has not re-locked against is still a
broken installation.

required-icons.php is the one piece that cannot be asserted from inside the bundle:
ux_icons.icon_dir is a single application-level path, so the bundle ships no SVGs
and a new icon is a change in two repositories. This is what tells the second one,
and prints the ux:icons:import ... (continued)
