Check the Go types of table entries at compile time

The tables pass objects and values as any, so a getter of a struct
field and the Out that marshals its value, or a setter of an input field
and the In that unmarshals it, were only matched at run time. A
mismatch, which would be a bug of the generator, showed up as an error
in a response.

OutOf and InOf now return an OutFor or InFor that also carries the Go
type of the values, and the generated code builds such entries with
exec.FieldGet and exec.InputSet. They take the getter or setter with the
object or input type and the value type, so the compiler checks that
they match the Out or In. At run time the values are still passed as
any, so the runtime and its single instantiation do not change.

On a production schema with 7,244 fields, the package compiles in 21 to
22 s with 6.6 GB peak memory, against 18 to 19 s and 4.9 to 5.7 GB
without the checks and 33 to 36 s and 7.2 to 8.1 GB in the functions
mode. Generation and the speed of requests do not change.
