Test an input object that unmarshals itself

Bind an input object of the execbehavior test server to a Go type that
implements graphql.Unmarshaler, which is then unmarshaled by its
UnmarshalGQL method instead of field by field. The tests cover literals
and variables, values the method rejects, null and absent arguments.
