Run the tests of the remaining test servers against table mode

bothmodes.sh now reads where the config puts the executor, exec.filename
or with the follow-schema layout exec.dir, instead of assuming the
directory of the config. The compliant-int, nullabledirectives and
benchmark test servers, which generate into another package, now run it
too, so their tests and benchmarks also run against table mode with the
exectable build tag. compliant-int runs it for each of its two configs.

The output for the other test servers does not change.
