Note stale generated files in the table mode docs

gqlgen keeps generated files it no longer writes. With the follow-schema
layout, a file left from a removed or renamed schema file still calls
the methods of the functions mode, which compiles there by chance and
fails once a project switches to table mode. A production project had
three such files. Tell users to delete them when they switch.
