fix(cypher): admit native constraint round trips in ANTLR

Add explicit relationship-key and native constraint grammar, regenerate ANTLR, and strengthen SHOW recreation controls under both parsers. Preserve RELATIONSHIP type predicates and schema identifiers.

Validated on committed main plus this batch: full repository correctness, focused races, vet, localization generation, and 3604 pinned Bolt/HTTP comparisons. Concurrent checkout changes are excluded.
