fix(schema): share index admission with procedure creators

Use the actual mutation schema view for all four native vector/fulltext creators. Reject equivalent definitions and shared name collisions before persistence or deferred vector-space registration. Preserve legacy node-vector ProcedureCallFailed wrapping and native creator outputs.

Reference-first legacy vector duplicate and exact wrapper/name-collision controls; twelve native parser-mode controls preserve complete index/constraint inventories. Update stale fallback success fixture to use a distinct property.

Final gates: 3,604 pinned Neo4j comparisons, full repository correctness rerun, focused races, vet and whitespace pass; shared admission 97.8% coverage.
