Verify that NOTIFY mailbox filter folders belong to the ImapClient

ImapMailboxFilter.Mailboxes (and by extension ImapMailboxFilter.Subtree)
now verifies, when formatting the NOTIFY command, that every folder
belongs to the ImapClient's engine. If any folder belongs to a different
ImapClient, ImapClient.Notify() throws an InvalidOperationException
instead of sending a mailbox name that may not exist on the server.
This matches the existing format-time validation in ImapEventGroup and
the documented "One or more ImapEventGroup is invalid" exception.

Added assertions to TestNotify/TestNotifyAsync covering both the
Mailboxes and Subtree filters, and a Bug Fixes entry to ReleaseNotes.md.
