Report aggregate progress for multi-message Append without MULTIAPPEND

When the IMAP server does not support MULTIAPPEND, ImapFolder.Append
(IList<IAppendRequest>) fell back to appending each message individually,
reporting progress to each request's own TransferProgress. This was
inconsistent with the MULTIAPPEND code path, which reports the progress of
the entire batch to the first request's TransferProgress.

* Split QueueAppendCommand into CreateAppendCommand + queue.
* Expose ImapCommand.TotalSize.
* Build all APPEND commands up front (which already measures each message)
  to compute the total size, then wrap the first request's TransferProgress
  in an AppendTransferProgress that offsets each command's progress by the
  bytes already sent.
* Document that only the first request's TransferProgress is used.
* Add TestMultiAppendProgress[Async] unit tests for both code paths.
* Document the fix in ReleaseNotes.md.
