fix(cypher,storage): indexed equality returns the same rows as without the index (#844)

The WHERE equality, id(n) = and IN [...] seeks read their value side with
the literal parser, which returns a function call as its own text: WHERE
p.name = toUpper('a') looked up the string "toUpper('a')" and returned no
rows. The seeks now evaluate the value side as a constant of the statement
(indexSeekConstant: no row variable, defined by the evaluator) and leave
the predicate to the row filter otherwise.

Property indexes and unique-constraint caches skipped lists and maps, so an
indexed WHERE p.tags = [1, 2] found nothing and a uniqueness constraint
accepted duplicate lists. indexValueKey files them under a canonical
compositeIndexKey (numbers in numeric form, map entries in key order);
ordered index scans skip those keys, so ORDER BY and ranges are unchanged.
