test(e2e): count Qdrant points in the collection's database (#825)

Since be952e40 each Qdrant collection is its own database, named after the
collection; TestEndpointParityAndBenchmark still counted the points in the
default database and found 0. countViaBolt takes the database, and both
counts read the collection's database.
