docs: Correct the sessions skill on guest access

The sessions skill says that an action without a session parameter
checks only that the request has a session cookie. A request without
a cookie passes too. An agent that trusts the skill writes an action
like this one and leaves it open to guests:

    // POSTDeleteAll is /items/delete-all
    func (a *App) POSTDeleteAll(r *http.Request) error {
        return a.repo.DeleteAllItems(r.Context())
    }

A POST to /items/delete-all/ with no cookie at all runs it. Say so,
and tell the reader to take the session and check IsGuest() when only
signed-in users may call the action.
