Retired MailKitLite and switched MailKit's dependency to MimeKit.Core

Now that MailKit no longer depends on BouncyCastle (COMPRESS uses
System.IO.Compression.DeflateStream), MailKitLite is functionally
identical to MailKit. MimeKit 5.0 has also retired MimeKitLite in favor
of MimeKit.Core, which MailKitLite.csproj referenced.

* Removed MailKitLite.csproj, MailKitLite.sln and MailKitLite.nuspec.
* Updated the AotCompatibility project, workflow and test script to no
  longer support a MailKitLite build, and fixed the MimeKit project path.
* Updated update-version.ps1 to no longer update MailKitLite and to
  update the MimeKit.Core dependency version in MailKit.nuspec.
* Changed MailKit.nuspec to depend on MimeKit.Core 5.0.0 rather than
  MimeKit.
* Updated the README package badges.
