Removed ImapClient.Compress[Async]() on frameworks that cannot support it

DeflateStream.Flush() is a no-op on .NET Framework and netstandard2.x,
which means the COMPRESS extension can only be supported on net8.0 and
later. Rather than exposing Compress() and CompressAsync() APIs that
would always throw NotSupportedException on the other target frameworks,
only expose them (on both IImapClient and ImapClient) on net8.0+.
